Eating fruits and vegetables was never this easy

Several weeks ago, I received a letter from a subscriber who asked a great question for anyone with kids or grandkids (or anyone who just doesn’t eat enough fruits and vegetables). Loukia T. asks:

“I already use Alginol and Advanced Bone Support supplements. I have a daughter that is six-and-a-half years old and she eats almost no fruit. At what age can she begin taking Alginol and in what dosage? Is it possible to give her half a pill three times per week?”

This is such an important question, simply because too many people — not just children — don’t eat enough fruit and vegetables. Unfortunately, as great a supplement as Alginol is, it’s not a substitute for a good diet. It simply won’t make up for a lack of fruit in the diet.

What’s more, Alginol is intended for adult use. Its health benefits are primarily cardiovascular, glucose management, neurologic, and anti-inflammatory. So children, who rarely suffer from these conditions, really don’t need to take this supplement.

With all of that said, though, I do have another suggestion.
