Kill your cancer with an herb that fights malaria

I just heard an incredible story about the cancer-fighting abilities of an Asian herb. This herb is known for its ability to fight malaria. But in recent years, researchers have found that it fights cancer as well.

As you may know, many cancer drugs fight tumors by inducing apoptosis. Apoptosis is a fancy name for programmed cell death. Normal cells go through apoptosis when they start to fail. But cancer cells are unique. They don’t go through apoptosis. That’s why it’s so hard to kill cancer — the cells don’t want to die. So the idea behind the drugs is to help the tumor cells die. Unfortunately, these drugs also have terrible side effects.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could find an herb that has the same cancer-killing effects as drugs, without their side effects? Well, a recent study says there is such an herb.

In this study, researchers evaluated the antitumor activity of the herb artemisinin. Then they compared these results with the cancer drug Taxol and two other drugs (5-fluorouracil — 5-FU — and cisplatin).

Artemisinin is the active agent of the herb Artemesia. Artemesia is a plant that grows in southeast Asia. It’s a very powerful antimalarial herb — and it’s great for fighting parasites in general.

But these researchers found that the herb does a lot more than fight parasites. They found that it had stronger antitumor effects than all three of the drugs.

That’s right! The artemisinin killed cancer cells better than the toxic drugs. Imagine fighting cancer more effectively than chemotherapy drugs and never suffering even one side effect. Sounds impossible. But it’s not. In fact, the story I told you about earlier shows just how effective this herb is at fighting cancer.

Harry S. is from North Carolina. He’s 89 years old who found out he had lung cancer in October 2007. He purchased his first bottle of Artemisinin only one month later. He took two capsules, two times daily for three months. Then he went to see his doctor, where he requested an X-ray to see if “anything was happening.” After the films came back, Harry said the doctor was “quite shocked and quite confused.” He studied the X-ray and couldn’t believe what he found ... absolutely nothing! The cancer disappeared.

While not every cancer patient will see this incredible result, I just had to tell you about it. If you have cancer, definitely consider taking Artemisinin. It won’t cause any adverse effects (unless you happen to be allergic to it). And it could kill the tumor. Make sure you take a high-quality product as confirmed by a lab analysis (your supplier should be able to produce one). One of the best is made by Nutricology.com.
