Four years ago, a Virginia high school teenager was in a serious car accident that severely damaged his brain. His doctors told his parents that his brain was so damaged he would likely be in a vegetative state for the rest of his life. They also said he may never come out of his coma or come off of life support.
It's a sad case we see all too often. And it begs the question, can damaged brain tissue ever heal? We know that God created the body to heal after an injury. So you would think it would be possible. The hospital agreed. And two years later, his son graduated from high school with the rest of his classmates. Today, he's walking with a little difficulty, thanks to some weakness on his left side, and talking like a normal college kid. His dramatic recovery shows just how powerful fish oil is for your brain.
