On Tuesday, I showed you how to treat your thyroid using prescription medications. But not everyone needs a prescription to see their thyroid come back to life. In fact, there's a great product on the market that is helping many people avoid the prescriptions.
The product is called Thyrovanz. It's an all-natural desiccated thyroid supplement. What I love about this product, though, is that the company makes it using New Zealand pasture-fed cows. New Zealand has some of the best pastureland in the world. It's completely free of genetically modified crops. And the cows are certified to be completely free of mad cow disease (BSE). In other words, you're not going to find a better source of natural desiccated thyroid.
But does it work? Just ask Sherie, who noticed a big difference after taking the supplement for just 10 days. Her energy level went up. She stopped yawning all day. But what she really noticed was her circulation improved dramatically and she lost weight. When your metabolism is working correctly, your circulation naturally improves. And your body burns calories more effectively.

Thyrovanz is very similar to Nature Throid and Armour, but it doesn't require a prescription. If you search for information about these products on the Internet, you're going to find some comments from the American Association of Endocrinologists and the American Thyroid Association warning patients to avoid these natural products. One such statement reads: "There is no evidence to support using desiccated thyroid hormone in preference to L-thyroxine monotherapy in the treatment of hypothyroidism and therefore desiccated thyroid hormone should not be used for the treatment of hypothyroidism."
These organizations represent the interests of the big drug companies, so their comments are suspect at best. They have an interest in seeing Synthroid and other synthetic drugs succeed. And they conveniently ignore studies like the 2013 report by Dr. Hoang at the Walter Reed Military Hospital. In this study, the researchers compared desiccated thyroid extract to levothyroxine (Synthroid) in the treatment of hypothyroidism. They found that half the patients expressed a preference for the natural desiccated thyroid extract over T4-only treatment.
That's been my experience too. Many patients do just fine on Synthroid. But many don't. For them, products like Thyrovanz can work much better. If you'd like to try Thyrovanz, simply follow this link
