Several weeks ago, I received a letter from a subscriber who asked a great question for anyone with kids or grandkids (or anyone who just doesn’t eat enough fruits and vegetables). Loukia T. asks:
“I already use Alginol and Advanced Bone Support supplements. I have a daughter that is six-and-a-half years old and she eats almost no fruit. At what age can she begin taking Alginol and in what dosage? Is it possible to give her half a pill three times per week?”
This is such an important question, simply because too many people — not just children — don’t eat enough fruit and vegetables. Unfortunately, as great a supplement as Alginol is, it’s not a substitute for a good diet. It simply won’t make up for a lack of fruit in the diet.
What’s more, Alginol is intended for adult use. Its health benefits are primarily cardiovascular, glucose management, neurologic, and anti-inflammatory. So children, who rarely suffer from these conditions, really don’t need to take this supplement.

With all of that said, though, I do have another suggestion.
It’s a whole-food product called ProGreens. I’m sure you’ve probably heard of greens products before. They’re a popular staple of multilevel marketing companies. And there are some good ones out there. But ProGreens isn’t just another greens product.
Yes, it has all the supergreens in it. These include spinach, spirulina, barley grass juice, and chlorella (among others). Grass juices (especially barley) are some of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. When the seeds sprout, the manufacturer juices them when their nutrients are at their peak. And chlorella and spirulina are true “superfoods.” They contain every known nutrient you need to live. And they are powerful detoxification agents, getting rid of heavy metals (including mercury).
But ProGreens doesn’t just have green foods. It’s also very rich in superfruits as well. It includes acerola berry juice powder, apple pectin and fiber (making it a whole-food), grape seed extract, and bilberry extract. All of these contain powerful bioflavonoids to protect your body from disease. This is perfect for anyone who doesn’t eat enough fruit.
However, that’s not all. ProGreens also contains awesome root vegetables, which are some of the greatest natural health products around. These include licorice root, ginger root, beets, astragalus root, and suma root.
In addition to all this, ProGreens has probiotics in it to keep your gut healthy and functioning properly. And many, many other fantastic superfoods.
All in all, ProGreens is the best greens product I’ve seen. And since it’s a whole-food product, it’s perfectly fine for anyone of any age to take. You can order ProGreens by following this link.
