How to improve your eyesight in just 2 minutes

Did you know that you can improve your eyesight in just 2 minutes by doing one simple thing?

It’s true!  In fact, 60 to 70 percent of people who do this thing are able to improve their eyesight on the spot!  Here’s why.

Your eyesight is very much connected to your neck. You see, your neck is rich in sensory cells known as mechano-receptors. And these mechano-receptors affect your ability to control your eyes.

This was proven in a Swedish study.  In the study, researchers tested a group of people to see how well they controlled their eyes. Then they had the people wear a neck brace for 5 days to restrict their neck movements.

They found that after only 5 days of wearing the brace, the people’s ability to control their eyes was significantly reduced!

Dr. Eric Cobb of Phoenix, Arizona came up with a simple 3-step method that uses neck stretches to improve vision.  

He uses this method to improve his patients’ eyesight. He has also trained hundreds of health professionals in how to use this method on their own patients.

When I saw how well his method works, I had to share it with you. From this simple method alone, Dr. Cobb sees an immediate improvement in an eye test in 60 to 70 percent of his patients!

But don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself. I’ve included the exact method below. Simply test your eyesight before and after trying it. And see if you improve.

To do that:

1) Print out the eye chart, which you can find here:  https://docdro.id/crC0bir
2) Place it on a wall. And stand 9 feet away.
3) Cover one eye with your hand.
4) Make a note of the smallest line on the chart that you can see clearly.
5) Cover your other eye and do the same thing.
6) Then note the smallest line that you can see clearly with both eyes.

Now that you’ve tested your eyesight, here’s what you need to do next.

First, put on a baseball cap.  (I’ll tell you why in a moment.)  

Next, you need to get your tongue in a special position. This is important because your tongue affects your neck’s posture and stability.

To do it, make a big smile with your teeth showing, as if you were taking a picture and saying cheese. Then swallow.  Your tongue will naturally adjust itself to the correct position. 

The tip of your tongue will now be just at the back of your top front teeth. And the rest of your tongue will be against the roof of your mouth.  

Maintain this tongue position as you proceed through the method below. If at any point your tongue slips out of position, just do the smile again.

Now, sit or stand in a comfortable position and do the following steps:

Step 1) Move your head downward toward your chest as if you were nodding yes. Continue until your head is in a bowed position.  Try to go all the way so that the brim of the hat touches your chest.  You won’t be able to get it all the way there. But doing this will create a stretching feeling in the back of your neck.

Once your head is tilted forward as far as it can go, stretch as if you were moving the brim of the hat higher and higher up your chest toward your neck.  Hold this position for 5 seconds.

At this point, your head should still be bowed. From here, push your hands against the back of your head to create some tension. 

Then raise your head until you’re looking at the ceiling. Hold this tension for 5 seconds and relax.

Step 2) This time, turn your head to the right as if you were shaking it to say no. Stop halfway so you’re at a 45-degree angle. Then repeat step 1 from this position.

Step 3) Finally, turn your head to the left, as if you were shaking it to say no. And again, stop at a 45-degree angle. Then repeat step 1 again.

Each step should be done in a comfortable manner. Go slowly, and do not push too hard on the back of your head at first. If you feel dizzy or feel pain at any point, stop. At no point should you strain or be in any pain.

Do each step three times. Then test your eyes again with the chart to see if they improved.

Feel free to keep using this method to get even more improvement over time.  If you get to the point where you can read line number 9 on the eye chart, your eyesight will be as good as the average 30-year-old!
