If you’d like to protect your arteries, I’ve got some great news for you. There’s a tasty drink that’s a fantastic tonic for your arteries – and your heart.

In fact, recent studies have found that it’s one of the best things you can take for your entire cardiovascular system. And it works fast!

What is it? It’s cranberry juice. Here’s how amazing this juice is for your ticker:

In one of these studies, researchers gave double-strength cranberry juice to patients with coronary artery problems. This is the most common type of cardiovascular issue.

In just four hours, the patients had softer, more supple arteries, as measured by three different tests.

Other studies have found that cranberry juice provides direct protection against severe heart conditions.

It’s clear that drinking 4 ounces of cranberry juice every day can help keep your urinary tract and cardiovascular system in tip-top shape.

When shopping for cranberry juice, make sure you read the label carefully. Some cranberry juice drinks can be blends of multiple fruit juices and may not have a high cranberry content.

Many cranberry products also contain added sugars to offset the natural tartness of the fruit. Make sure the label says No Added Sugar. If the all-natural juice is too tart for you, add a little Stevia.

Final tip: Drink some cranberry juice 30 minutes before bed. It has a high dose of melatonin, and some people find that it helps them sleep better. And it can help prevent a morning heart problem, which is when most severe issues occur.
